Word of the Year Workshop
Join TLC meeting host Tammi Salas for a reflective, creative workshop designed to help you choose your Word of the Year with intention and heart.
This workshop includes a live kick-off session on December 5 where Tammi will guide you through thoughtful prompts, gentle inquiry, and creative practices to help you uncover a word or phrase that can anchor you in the year ahead.
You'll have time throughout the month to sit with your word, explore it, and let it unfold. Then we’ll come back together for a reveal call on January 2 to share and celebrate our words as a community.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, grounding, courage, or a renewed sense of direction, your word becomes a touchstone you can return to again and again.

Meet Tammi Salas
Tammi Salas is a creative guide, teacher, and recovering perfectionist who has been sober since 2015. She has been practicing the Word of the Year tradition since 2010, using it as a foundational tool for cultivating emotional sobriety and intentional living.
Through her workshops, courses + alcohol-free retreats, Tammi helps others discover their own guiding words and creative practices that support sustainable recovery and meaningful growth. Her approach combines reflection, creativity, and community connection to make transformative practices accessible to everyone.
When she's not teaching or creating, you can find Tammi leading meetings + helping facilitate courses at The Luckiest Club. Her other pastimes include daydreaming of traveling to far away lands, making art with her son, noticing + collecting everyday beauty.
