Meet with your small group cohort (15-20 people) facilitated by a TLC leader

Cohorts will be determined by day and time preference.

Curriculum

The Sober Life is a participatory experience. It’s built for those who have at least one year of consecutive sobriety and are ready to go deeper into recovery. This is not a passive experience or a self-paced course. In addition to full-group calls, you will actively participate in a small cohort led by a TLC facilitator. Expect to be challenged and learn a lot!

Module 1: Foundations (February 5 - March 17)

Get grounded in the curriculum, meet your cohort, discover your personality and what it means for sensemaking, evaluate your values and set goals.

Module 2: Personal Leadership (March 18 - May 5)

Learn “Above the line, below the line” markers of personal leadership, evaluate your current state, and develop key skills to grow.

Module 3: Emotional Literacy (May 6 - June 30)

Emotions are a powerful language. Gain an understanding of six core emotions and how to work with them in a functional way.

Module 4: Relational Leadership (July 1 - September 8)

Relationships are the ultimate markers of our health and happiness. Learn about the primary blocks to relational leadership and develop critical skills for improving yours.

Module 5: Integration (September 9 - 29)

Bringing it all together. Evaluate your progress, acknowledge your wins, and set a plan for continued growth.

Live Call Schedule

The kick-off call will be on Monday, February 5, from 10-11:15 am ET.

Throughout the program, there will be a live group call on Thursdays from 1-2:15 pm ET.

Beginning the week of February 20, students will also meet every other week with their cohorts for 60 minutes, led by a TLC facilitator. Cohort meeting times will be determined by student preferences, which will be asked following registration.

The kick-off call and all Thursday calls will be recorded and made available for later viewing.
