The Enneagram is one of the oldest systems for self-understanding and transformation.
If you’ve ever asked yourself, “Why do I do that?” Or, even better, “Why do THEY do that?”, the Enneagram provides a framework of answers.
By understanding the nine types, you’ll unlock new levels of self-compassion, empathy for others, and a personal blueprint for growth.From learning why you are enough, to improving how you show up in relationships, to transforming your limiting patterns into empowering ones, this course will guide you down the path with curiosity and support.
You will get out of this course what you put into it! There will be plenty of support, but you'll need to show up with an open heart and willingness to learn.
During our 8 weeks together, you will come to understand the framework of the Enneagram and how to apply it to your life. You will be led by Jim Zartman and Joel Hubbard, internationally recognized leaders in the Enneagram, and founders of the company, The Art of Growth. They, along with a small band of experienced mentors, will support you throughout the experience. Connect on our private (off-Facebook) community to receive support, connect with other students, ask questions, and have fun.
Instructors
Jim has been working in leadership development, training, and coaching/mentoring for over 20 years. Jim co-founded “The Art of Growth” with Joel and is also certified in the Enneagram through the Narrative Tradition. As a producer, Jim has worked in both the corporate and artist world of film, live events, and media content creation to help individuals and companies clearly communicate their story and mission. Jim’s background in audio production and music composition led to producing The Art of Growth podcast.
Joel’s life's work has revolved around seeing people grow and transform. Joel is certified in the Enneagram through the Narrative Tradition. Globally recognized as a leader in the field of Enneagram coaching and development Joel has a unique approach to helping people develop self-knowledge, self-observation, and transformational habits. Joel has successfully helped individuals and organizations navigate change through developing their self-awareness and team effectiveness. Joel helps individuals and teams understand their core motivations so they have better communication and shared success.

If you can't make it to the live calls, don't worry! All classes and calls are recorded and posted to the course site and you'll have access to the recordings for one year from the date of purchase. You can also engage in the forum and join in the conversation about the week's topic.

The class will be limited to a group size that allows students to feel supported and seen between the live calls and the forum. Our amazing team of mentors are there to help ensure that every student receives the support that they need.

No. It is for anyone. The program is not a recovery or sobriety-specific course. The Enneagram is an incredible way for anyone who desires a deeper understanding of themselves and others.
